Packages are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fastway (overnight) with tracking and drop-off without signature. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Group Limited does retain the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates.

Articles of Clothing are Priced on Application (P.O.A) and are only a template. All  colours and sizes are for guidance only. The colour shown may not be a true representation of the actual colour of the garment fabric. In accordance only accepts orders/payment of clothing through the sales team. We accept payment online by VISA and Laser Cards.  You may also pay ‘offline’ via Cheque, Bank Draft, Postal Order or Bank Transfer.  VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable.  Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.  All products remain the property of Group Limited until payment is received in full.

A credit account may be opened by corporate clients, subject to trade references and application approval, on the strict condition that payment is made within 30 days from date of invoice.  Please contact us for more information.

Every effort is made to strictly conform with the product description and quality. However in the event of an item not being available, we reserve the right to offer a substitute item for an upgraded product of equal or greater value.  We will make direct contact in all cases by email or telephone should this occur.

We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph and the item delivered due to manufacturing changes beyond our control.

If an item is out of stock, the sender will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option of 1) awaiting stock availability, 2) selecting an alternative product or 3) being given a full refund.

Your order is processed by Group Limited the moment it is received. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We employ third-party courier services to deliver your products.  Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days.

For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, Group Limited cannot be held responsible for any importation taxes/duty charges.

All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Group Limited cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.

It is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be present to sign for the product, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier.  If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to Group Limited and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.
